EDUCATION
Mr. Baxter received his B.A. degree from the University of Oregon, summa
cum laude, in 2002. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of
Oregon School of Law in 2005. He is admitted to practice law in Oregon.
Mr. Baxter lived in Oaxaca, Mexico for two years during his undergraduate
studies and as a result speaks fluent Spanish.

DUSTIN BAXTER, Associate Attorney
EXPERTISE
Mr. Baxter is an associate attorney with Kuck Casablanca & Odom, LLC and practices
in all areas of U.S. immigration and nationality law. Mr. Baxter regularly
practices before the Executive Office for Immigration Review, including
immigration courts nationwide and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Mr. Baxter represents foreign nationals in immigration court to seek
asylum, apply for cancellation of removal, or other forms of relief
before immigration judges. He also prepares appeals to the Board of
Immigration Appeals and federal circuit courts, and has prepared writs
of mandamus to the federal district court requesting adjudication of
applications. Mr. Baxter represents clients at asylum, NACARA, adjustment
of status (through family relationships or employment), and naturalization
interviews.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Mr. Baxter is a member in good standing of the Oregon State Bar and
the American Immigration Lawyers' Association ("AILA").
