Ms. Driscoll was awarded a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Suffolk University
Law School in Boston, Massachusetts in 2002. She previously earned her
Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Lowell in Lowell, Massachusetts

Ms. Driscoll is a senior associate attorney at Kuck Casablanca & Odom, LLC.
Ms. Driscoll represents individuals and employers in all aspects of
U.S. immigration and nationality law. Ms. Driscoll represents individuals
who wish to petition for family members in the U.S. and overseas as
well as individuals applying for a wide array of non-immigrant visas.
Ms. Driscoll also represents employers who wish to petition for foreign
national employees both in the U.S. and abroad, including temporary
stays in non-immigrant status and permanent alien employment certification.
Ms. Driscoll also represents individuals in removal proceedings before
the Immigration Court, including those seeking asylum, cancellation
of removal, and adjustment of status. Those who seek to naturalize to
U.S. citizenship are also among those Ms. Driscoll represents before
the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Other aspects of Ms.
Driscoll's work before various courts includes appeals to the Board
of Immigration Appeals, petitions to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals,
and writs of mandamus before the U.S. District Court for the Northern
District of Georgia. Ms. Driscoll is fluent in Spanish.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Ms. Driscoll has been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers
Association since 2002, and currently serves as the Chair of the Asylum
Liaison Committee for the Atlanta Chapter of AILA.
Ms. Driscoll is a member in good standing of the Georgia Bar Association,
the Superior Court for the County of Gwinnett, Georgia, the Massachusetts
Bar Association, and the bar for the United States District Court for
Northern District of Georgia. Ms. Driscoll is also a member of the American
Bar Association.
