SHELLY MCFANN, Paralegal

Ms. McFann is a paralegal working directly with the attorney staff in preparing and filing business visas, professional visas, labor certifications, immigrant visas and citizenship cases for foreign executives, managers, professionals, and skilled workers. Ms. McFann has over 15 years experience in the immigration area. Prior to her current position, Ms. McFann was a District Adjudications Officer for the legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service for eight years; two of those years as an Acting Supervisory Adjudications Officer in the Naturalization Section. Ms. McFann has extensive experience in the areas of naturalization, family adjustments, employment -based adjustments, extraordinary ability visas, national interest waiver visas, and labor certification processes.

Ms. McFann is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Kennesaw State University with a degree in International Affairs. She is a member of Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society and Golden Key National Honor Society. Ms. McFann is a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center Immigration Officer Basic Training and Immigration Officer Journeyman Training Courses.
