EDUCATION

Danielle Conley received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia in 2001.  She earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, in 2006.

EXPERTISE

Ms. Conley is an associate attorney with Kuck Immigration Partners LLC and practices in all areas of U.S. immigration and nationality law.  She has more than four years of experience handling business immigration issues for a variety of corporations throughout the United States.  Specifically, Danielle has experience with everything from employment based worker visas, to adjustment of status and permanent residency applications.  She has also successfully processed visa documents on behalf of family members accompanying professional workers to the United States.  Danielle is also familiar with various aspects of deportation, cancellation of removal and asylum proceedings before the immigration courts.
