EDUCATION
Lino Rodriguez received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgia State University in 2001. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Georgia State University College of Law in 2006.
EXPERTISE
Mr. Rodriguez is an associate attorney with Kuck Immigration Partners LLC practicing in all areas of immigration and nationality law. He has over four years of experience handling family based immigration cases. Mr. Rodriguez represents clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Executive Office for Immigration Review. He represents foreign nationals seeking asylum, cancellation of removal, NACARA, TPS, and adjustment of status. Additionally, Mr. Rodriguez has prepared appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Prior to joining Kuck Immigration Partners Mr. Rodriguez was the benefits manager and staff attorney at Catholic Charities Immigration Services in Atlanta, GA. He has given numerous “Immigration 101” and “Know Your Rights” presentations to both the immigrant and non-immigrant metro Atlanta community.
Mr. Rodriguez is a native of Cienfuegos, Cuba. He is fluent in Spanish.
