EDUCATION

Mr. Amos received his B.A. degree in Political Science in 1993 from Brigham Young University.  He earned his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law in 1997.

EXPERTISE

Mr. Amos is a senior associate attorney with Kuck Immigration Partners LLC and practices in all areas of U.S. immigration and nationality law.  He regularly represents corporations and individuals, and helps them obtain employment related nonimmigrant and immigrant visas.  For the past three years he has concentrated on represented highly skilled researchers and professors at our nation's university and research firms.  He also has many years of experience in representing those with family immigration petitions and small businesses sponsoring their skilled workers. 

He has been invited for the past two years to speak to university managers at the Southern Region National College and University Professionals Association on handling immigration issues on campus.  He routinely advises universities and companies on I-9 compliance and on managing Basic Pilot Verification programs.

Mr. Amos is fluent in Spanish
