Mrs. Chulapakorn has served as an immigration paralegal for Mr. Charles Kuck since 2000. She has a solid background in employment-based and family-based immigration cases. Mrs. Chulapakorn assists the Firm’s attorneys with the preparation of business and professional visas (H-1B, TN, L-1, F-1, and J-1), labor certifications, worksite enforcement, family-based and employment-based immigrant visas, and citizenship matters. She also assists with the training of new paralegals and staff with various immigration processes and our database, as well as assists with the design of our website. She frequently attends the AILA Conferences. Prior to joining our firm, Mrs. Chulapakorn was employed with Littler Mendelson, PC in Atlanta, Georgia as an immigration paralegal, where she assisted with the preparation and filing of employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant cases. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta. She is fluent in English and Thai languages and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
