  1. DV-2021 Delays – This case will challenge the State Department’s failure to move DV-2021 cases in a timely manner and force the agency to adjudicate cases after the 9/30/2021 deadline if they are unable to get the job done in a timely manner. Currently adding plaintiffs here.
  2. K-1 Philippines – This case will challenge K-1 visa processing delays at the US consulate in Manila, Philippines. Currently adding plaintiffs here.
  3. Travel Ban litigation – We are seeking plaintiffs for a potential case challenging the ability of the State Department to deny visas based on regional travel bans (Schengen area, Brazil, China, Iran, Ireland, South Africa and the UK). Currently onboarding clients here.
  4. K-1 Brazil – This case will challenge K-1 visa processing delays at the US consulate in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Currently adding plaintiffs here.
  5. K-1 Egypt – This case will challenge K-1 visa processing delays at the US consulate in Cairo, Egypt. Currently adding plaintiffs here.
  6. EB-5 Consular Processing – This case will challenge EB-5 immigrant visa processing delays at consulates around the world. Currently adding plaintiffs here.
  7. Aker v. Trump –  [Not adding plaintiffs] -This case challenged the Presidential Proclamation 10014 and 10052 with respect to DV winners. We are no longer seeking clients for this case. However, the judge has certified the case as a class action and potential class members can go to https://innovationlawlab.org/press-release/litigation/dv-2020-winners-class-member-information-signup/.
  8. Milligan v. Pompeo – [not adding plaintiffs] This case challenges K-1 fiancè visa delays.
  9. Tate v. Pompeo  – [not adding plaintiffs] This case challenges the O-1 visa delays.
  10. Anunciato v. Trump – [not adding plaintiffs] This case challenged the Trump Administration’s immigrant visa ban (Presidential Proclamation 10014) and visa processing delays.
  11. Purdue University v. Scalia – [not adding plaintiffs] We have filed a case challenging the US Department of Labor over a new rule that dramatically hikes wages for H-1B, H-1B1, E-3 and PERM cases.
